Today most documents start electronically, why not do it all electronically (distribute, sign, and file)?
lectronic documents can lead to an office with less paper!
Paper documents that are not filed in a "secure" location can be a legal problem due to Identity Theft issues.
Although paper itself will not disappear from use, the filing and transferring of information on paper needs to and is becoming a thing of the past.
The goal is to eliminate file cabinets, not paper; you will still need printers however a paper shredder should be a requirement with every printer.
Any Organization can do it if they have the plan and commitment.
